A sawzall has become my go to gardening tool. I also use mine to section large root masses such as hosta. It sure beats hopping up and down on a shovel to section them!

Thanks for the tip on using finer cut blades less woody plants. It will help with cleaning up last year's day lily stalks.

From reading the spec sheets, the batteries need to cool off before they will start to recharge. I haven't left my sawzall outside, but I have left batteries in the fridge!
