Elfie, Yes, Sebastian isn't far from Indian Harbour Beach at all. I didn't realize that Rock City Nursery was pricey ... my sister didn't tell me that, LOL but hopefully they will have sales once in awhile or I will more than likely just browse unless something really pulls at my heartstrings. I really look forward to moving to Sebastian and being closer to my sister and her husband who just moved there from the Fort Lauderdale area where they'd lived for almost 46 years. It's a 1 1/2 hour drive from our house to theirs and we are buying a home in their neighborhood; it will be so nice living near them! The weather down there is a tad warmer in winter than it is here in Daytona Beach and I love that area so I'm excited about moving there next year!
