JB, I think most gardens are sad things this time of year. I know mine is, the sun is out and it is so beautiful but the plants are winter burned, dead spots in the grass, all in all pretty sad looking. Things just need to dry out a bit and they will start to renew themselves.
Yes, you need to talk to the neighbor with the free ranging chickens. Or you could just make your self a pot of chicken stew? nodding
