Annie, That is a good thought about the Iris borers, but the chickens belong to the neighbor and it is their responsibility to keep them on his property. I have lived in the country for over 40 years and we have had all kinds of barn animals and pets. Sometimes they get loose, that happens, but if you have some one else's animals on your property on a regular basis then there is a problem.
