Sherry, I can't find the tag on the tree but I think it's a Royal Empress tree (Paulownia elongata) I looked it up on the web and it looks like it. It does have a light jasmine fragrance, grows fast, and has huge leaves. The one thing I remember was the person aat the nursery that sold it to us said they were not sure if it would die back in the winter. The web search said hardy in zones 5-11.
