Doglover , Eranthis gave me trouble the first few attempts. Tried bulbs and only a few showed, and a few show up there every year, but never increase much. Those that are succeeding came from a friends garden, where we transplanted them while green. They are increasing well by seeding. You can see emerging seedlings around these.
