I must say that I don't think she even knows that there's an problem. I know her husband's cousin and she told me that this woman has a serious obsessive compulsive disorder issue...everything has to be perfect and in it's place. Flowers hanging, climbing etc along her fence--the "messiness"-- would literally drive her nuts!!
