Cross posted there...if that is the case then it's HER problem. She must have to deal with it in other areas. What if she is at a friend's house, sitting on the patio, admiring the flower beds...something she probably couldn't enjoy, but the point being, she can't have control of other people's property. Tell her what you finally decide to do and why so she can do what she has to do to deal with it.
