Our Garden Club met today - always fun. We have a plant table which one of the ladies sets up beautifully. People donate plants; you can put your name on the ones you want and then make a donation later on during the break. Our speaker was Robert Bowden, Exec. Director of Leu Gardens. Most of you who live in Florida have either heard of these fabulous gardens or have visited them (50 acres in downtown Orlando). I've listened to Robert's talks a few times and they're always different; and I always learn something new. We had a big turn out today with quite a few guests - mainly because Robert Bowden is a big draw. Our hostesses (there are 6 members each month) knock themselves out providing a lovely buffet lunch. We have some great cooks and wonderful bakers ! I have one more monthly meeting in April left as President of the club (a two-year term);with our Inauguration lunch (in a restaurant for that) in May for the new officers. Then we don't meet again until August.

Oops - left the "g" off "meetin" at the top. Sorry; found I couldn't go to correct that.
