Yes it is. For some reason the one off to the right of it is not doing very well, sizewise this year. It might have had more leaves sitting on it all winter. They are usually both very robust and healthy.
I noticed that Carolyn's Pistache has some of that brown spotted fungus on it. I don't usually get it on the Pistache, but I often do early in the rainy season on Citronelle..A little shot of neem oil spray usually clears it right up
It might also have to do with the soil where they are planted. I get a lot of different types of mushroom fungi over where the Citronelles are planted and the Bergenia that is next to them get that brown spotted fungus too, but the bergenias in the other part of my garden don't get it.
