I see that, maybe my next email will be a little bit more armored I'm reading their return policy now seems like they have a 1 yr guarantee on perennials but the artichoke isn't in the perennials section. They only give a 90 day return policy on vegetables, maybe that's the problem. I'd just be satisfied with new plants this year (as long as they're not really sad ones like last year).
Have a black thumb except for vegetables and that's even a hit or miss
