I love this time of year. Bulbs of all kinds are coming up early for us this year. Species tulipa are almost done now, along with most of the daffodils. The hybrid tulips are just starting. Anemone, some of the miniature iris, grape hyacinth, erythronium are all coming on now. Even the L. martagon and other forms of lilies are coming up from winter rest. There will be months of beautiful blooms to come.
