Ah, I'm used to it being under, instead of using something compostable a lot of people at least around here put it down then dump dirt on top. At least that's what I'm running into around here a lot. Many places all over my yard previous owners did it that way. I personally use something that'll disintegrate. Thanks for the thoughts Greene.
