I personally wash with soap after getting into the Poison Ivy, but my Aunt and cousin are really allergic to the stuff. They use rubbing alcohol and cotton balls. They only use each cotton ball once. They are really sensitive to the Poison Ivy. They got the idea from people who make perfume from plant oils who use either another oil or alcohol to dissolve and carry the scent mix in.
