Welcome Welcome! to ATP, and hope we can help here, but I have questions:

Does it bloom? A picture of flowers is often easier to ID than just the plant. Also a close-up of the leaves will help.

Do the stems twine around the stakes, or are they just there for support?

If it twines, it might be one of the fine-leafed varieties of morning glory, like quamoclit. It would have little red trumpet-shaped flowers all summer, then seed itself. IF not, I'd say it's some type of fern.
