It's ironic my first job was a big box store nursery spot and a couple years later I "found myself" in lawn and landscape maintenance as a "forever" career move.
The red daylilies he sent pictures of inspired me to search out my own and better. I'm not a big fan of things red, but...those blooms!

Thanks, Wes.

Working for the landscape company I did a lot of lawn and landscape maintenance work-- amazing when I think back how many lawns I have mowed and shrubs I have pruned.

You mention your experience with reds. I'm not a big fan of pink and yet for a variety of reasons some pink daylilies are actually going to be in prime, featured locations in my landscape. Shrug! Strange how that worked out, but the photos of the blooms are fantastic and I'm sure they'll will look nice. Even if I'm not thrilled with the pinks, I think the blooms in my garden will be both for me and for visitors to enjoy so if others are wowed by the pinks then that is a win...
