You just convinced me that the place I thought of, locally, as "semi-wholesale" really isn't. Their price for any Pro-Mix product is $38 / 3.8 cu ft compressed bale.
Hmmm. "3.8 CF bale", not "2.8 CF bag".
If the "compression" packs 36% more mix per cubic foot into the bale, than into the bag, those are the same prices!
$15 X (3.8 / 2.8) = $20.36
$20.35 / $15 = 136%
I guess they DO have good prices!
