Yes, I agree with Kate, Melissa's Dendrobium jenkinsii is a winner! Nicely done!
The board of directors for the Tampa Orchid Club showed up here yesterday at 10:00 AM for the meeting. Also showing up was a new member, Mr. Opossum, who sat in a tree next to the OC and watched the entire proceedings. Nothing seemed to bother him so we elected him president of the club.
New from the OC, Dendrobium [Den.] Nestor (Den. anosmum x Den. parishii) in its full glory:
And as we approach Encyclia season, this is E. Nursery Rhyme (E. Atroniceum x E. cordigera)
Epy. Serena O'Neill (Epy. Mabel Kanda x E. cordigera)
An unfortunate new name for this otherwise nice looking orchid, Encyclia Hunty's Horror Show (E. argentinensis x E. suaveolens):
This is (E. naranjapatensis x E. alata):
And finally, this mini Phal. Sogo Gotris (Phal. Be Tris x Phal. Sogo Manager)
Jim
