Hmm, Inga feuillei could be it.
It sounds extremely similar to inga edulis (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/I...). Do you know what the difference between them is (aside from "bean" appearance)? I would like to purchase whichever variety is the one they call "ice cream bean". It kind looks like both the feuillei and edulis have the nickname.
