I love both graptosedum and pachyphytums and they definitely need different care.

@Purpleinop Tiffany tarev has some great advice. I know that the Pachys hate wet feet. I have planted them in my own mix, not the commercial stuff because it contains too much bark which Pachys hate. Graptos can take more water. It's gotten to the point now where I don't even bother to put them in the same pots when doing arrangements.

My pachy mix ( grapto I use more perlite less granite and no blue metal)
30-40% compost
30-40% coarse sharp decomposed granite
10% perlite
10% blue metal
10% river sand
Some slow release fertiliser granules.
