I had to resow bush beans which froze in the last bitter sudden freeze (while ago now) and they are sprouting again nicely. Zinnias froze too but the resow there is working -- and then one jug acquired a resident slug. Thought I'd left those behind in the PNW but nope. Still a few viable seedlings left in that jug so I picked it and the others up off the ground and put them where slugs won't find them so easily! They've a ways to go yet before I can plant them.

But this row of calendula came from two jugs that were bursting out!

I've got Nigella ready to go in there next, sort of in the center there....

I just closed up all the jugs that were sitting open, because we're forecast to have a severe thunderstorm this afternoon and I hope to avoid battering. Stuff that's planted is going to have to get tough quick though. Whistling
