Plantomaniac08 said:Okay well, I changed my mind on waiting to trim it back. It's supposed to be in the 70s-80s this week and no signs of frost. I know it's not Spring yet, so it could be getting cold again next week (I'm hoping it doesn't). Here's a picture of my 'Foxtail Fern' trimmed back. While trimming, I noticed a new growth already. Maybe this weekend I'll be able to repot it, it seems to be drying out pretty frequently.

I just hope I didn't cut too much off, lol.

Thanks for looking,

Wow, it's been a month already since I trimmed it back. I just wanted to provide an update as it has literally exploded. I'm kinda scared actually. Hilarious! I ended up trimming more old growth back, leaving about two or three "original" fronds. I can't wait to see what it does the rest of the year, considering we just hit Spring not too long ago (and I just fertilized it the other week).
