It does resemble Tree Philodendron (Thaumatophyllum bipinnatifidum) but for some reason the leaves don't look right to my eyes. The leaves look more like Tree Philodendron (Philodendron 'Evansii')

Hopefully someone more knowledgeable about Aroids/Philodendrons will see this post and pop in with some assistance!
