Thanks for the root area photo..yeah, that looks about right, very small root system. But that area needs to be drier than that, good that you have repotted. Give it time, and it will adjust. Sometimes the hardest part is leaving them alone. They actually like a little chill in the air, they get those reddish hues in the leaves, as long as it is kept dry. Then depending on conditions, it may also try to make blooms.
