Typically if the plant has been too acclimated indoors and suddenly exposed to drafts, they will pout and drop leaves, although jades and scheffleras that I have stays outdoors year round, hot or cold. Our cold conditions here are mild, we got no snow, cold temps in the 40F (4C) sometimes with occasional dips to low 20's (-6C). During summer we soar to the triple digit mark and very dry. But my plants are already hardened and more mature.

Since your plant is still young and recovering from something, try not to expose them to sudden temp fluctuations. Both plants will need more light now, they have full grown leaves, need to make their food. Smiling
