There should be plenty of flowers next week. Although many are passing quickly in the warm weather there are many that had not opened yet, so you should have a whole new batch of flowers to photograph! Doug's garden was blooming nicely, possibly closer the Superstition's bloom this year...but again, there were plenty of blooms yet to open!
If I were not going to be out of town I would come up to meet you, it's only a 45 minute drive for me...but unfortunately I will be in Southern California next weekend.
Maybe next year the timing will work out better!
