Hold out until you know it's the one. I wish I had been pickier when I bought a house. I have too much into this one to want to leave but there is a lot of things that I now have realized I would want to be different. Having all our bedrooms on the same floor as the living areas seemed like a great idea, but I found out last year it is very hard for Santa to sneak around and the Easter Bunny as well.
