I really like High Noon. It has been growing well for me even though it is only in its third season. Ironically, I planted this in spring in a semi shaded location. It did not like it. So I moved it to its present location the following fall. It has been happy since in its full sun location. Your last pic looks like a rockii tree peony, graycrn4u.
