I might be concerned because for me Lankon is one of the first up. That said, any lily with some Easter Lily in its genetics seems to come up earlier rather than later. I will say to resist temptation to poking around. I have broken or damaged the top of a stem by being impatient and digging or poking around and find that sometimes it's just a little behind. If it's gone or dead, it's already gone.
