Unless you are the hybridizer with impecable records, how can you ever be 100% sure? Even if you get it from the hybridizer you can't be 100% sure. Throw in variations due to culture, climate and soil and it gets really tough.
Even if you grow it next to a "known" plant and it's an exact match, all you really know is that they are an exact match.

99.9999% is pretty sure. For me, Terra Rosa is the one.
