I think its a combination of care. I admit in the heat of the summer with water being so expensive, if it doesnt rain, I dont always water. I also think the weather conditions have alot to do with it heat/cold. Some just dont seem to like the south, and from what I read...alot are not fond of the north. I keep peddling tho...
