Welcome, Angelica. Yes, it does depend upon what part of the country, or what country you are in. Some folks up north are still getting snow, so it is too soon to put any plants outside. But I am in Florida and have been growing veggies all year.

For some vegetables, like lettuce, cabbage, broccoli, peas, and carrots, they can go outside as long as the night temperatures are above about 40deg. F. Others like tomatoes and peppers need warm weather and you will need to wait until the night temperatures stay above 55 or so.
