Looking very good David. I think a part of the original problem was the actual bin as it did not allow for airflow, and that it is sitting in the shade, which allowed the mix to remain wet and cold. As you add food scraps to the heap, add a shovelful of the dry stuff or a little soil/brown mix over the top to help keep the compost private and "sweet smelling". Before long you will have a bounty of healthy compost and happy, helpful worms. Thumbs up
