Fiat, everyone here has Aloe Vera, and they have all just finished blooming. All are in 12" pots, at least. Most are in 24" pots. Yours may just be too young to bloom yet. Keep in mind that these are desert plants, hence winter water, summer mostly dry, and always fast draining soil. Like all xeric plants , the need space to be happy.
