I know it is. I got this from the local guy who moved to Florida. Except i did not get it last year, but the year before. They did not tell me (and a few other folks) that they were cutting back that year and had one of their four beds all dug up. They gave to their friends and church folks, then announced at the picnic that they had all of this stuff out of the ground and come get it. It had been out of the ground for about 3 weeks. I took my time and arrived four days later. Not much was there. Since I had taken pictures in their garden in 2010 & 2012, I had a good idea what I wanted. The one about to bloom is "Cashmere Rose". However, the bud looks like a "Rimaround", but it is very small. So I am sure it is a SDB. If I can ID it, that would be great. If I like it I will keep it and try to ID. If I don't like it it will be "composted". If I can ID it, but don't like it, I will pot it up for sale at my upcoming event. I should be able to get 4 - 6 pots out of it. Thumbs up
