Both of those have really struggled for me, actually. They are the puniest ones in the rose garden. I had forgotten they were teas.
They only pruning I've done is all the dead wood, and they are about 3 1/2 feet tall, but the boom on Heirloom is one of my favs! I will say that both of those are also on own-root, so that may be the issue there.... Shrug!
