The article is a bit confusing - they seem to be pictures of the 2013 exhibition. As far as I know it isn't being held this year or next, and the location for 2017 isn't finalized yet but may be in Gatineau, Quebec (across the river from Ottawa, Ontario) rather than Montreal. I've been waiting for the next one and am planning on going either way.
