So from what I know, tiger lilies or L. lancifolium as it's known, is very virus tolerant. What that means is it may be infected with viruses and not show symptoms. I've been told that they should be grown away from other lilies for that reason. I personally only have some juvenile stems in pots that were grown from bulbils.
