To me it looks like all the mugwort photos I saw. I don't remember the odor exactly, but it was mild. So I guess that would also rule out mugwort? Would a nursery sell mugwort as an herb?
I think we can rule out cilantro, tansey, wild carrot. I am familiar with those. I will have to ask her more questions on Saturday.
