No, I don't think a nursery would sell it .... ever. It is an invasive weed. I have it growing around my greenhouses. I finally bought ground cover for inside my high tunnels and laid 3' wide pieces along the sides and in between to try to control it. I am not a round up person but I am seriously considering buying it and spraying it EVERYWHERE. Between the mugwort, the canada thistles and the bind weed around here I think a nuclear event wouldn't get rid of all of it.
