Angela, Your pot looks great now. I cannot imagine them looking better later. I put together some perennial pots last Fall. I tried roses in the middle which I do not think survived. The lilies are coming up, and the Heuchera did good. I see little tips of the coneflowers returning.
The shape of the planters are round and I wanted something tall in the middle I thought the rose bush would do good but I guess not. They were cheap on sale Knockout roses from K-mart so not a big investment to experiment.
