I had to drastically cut my wisteria, which was growing into a tree form but collapsed. So I had to cut away a big portion of it to get it into the "tree" shape again. I was sure there would be nothing but leaves, but I've got a few sprays of flowers! Last spring, a friend and I drove up to Cumberland and the hillsides up that way are covered with wild wisteria. And red bud. Gorgeous!
I am not "country" I am "landed gentry."
