Thank you, Yan and Annette. It is frustrating to get NOIDs when you want a particular cultivar for a reason. I think all my TP purchases from this Ebay seller are all mislabeled and I think they are on purpose. I believe that he just puts a name to a noid plant so that he can sell it because we as buyers have no recourse to complain two or three years from purchase.
Annette, did you buy your Moonstones from Van Engelen? I also purchased the Moonstone package from Van Engelen. I planted one at my house and two at my church. The 3 of them all bloomed white semidouble. I believe they are Miss America because they look exactly like my Miss America peony. I also bought Gay Paree package from them and these turned out to be something else that are similar to White Cap or Santa Fe. All my purchases from Van Engelen are mislabeled.
