For those of us who do a lot of trading of plants like Irises and Daylilies, I think it would be helpful to be able to search a member's plant list by hybridizer. I found the feature where I can search my own plant list, but not someone else's list. Some people are looking for a specific line of registrations, like Sterling Innerst for Irises or David Kirchhoff for Daylilies. While I can pull up a list of registrations by hybridizer, I would have to go through each entry to see which members have that specific one. Same with going from the other direction and looking at a member's list--have to open every plant entry on their list to see details. Not only are there hybridizers with hundreds of registrations to their name, we have members with hundreds, if not thousands on plants on their lists. (Yea, us! Hurray! ) When someone tells me to check over her or his plant list, it sure would save a lot of time if I can bypass having to look up each and every plant individually.
It’s okay to not know all the answers.
