I've added all the ones that were missing, except for Rafaela, which had to be a misspelling of Raphaela. A couple of others had minor misspellings (Eddie Edwards and Zach Nobles). In the Garden is not a rose name, so I imported that "combination" photo to Magic Show. Tin Can Derby, unfortunately, is not the name of a rose. It's the name of one of the rose show's competition categories (three sprays of shrub or OGR), so I'm importing those two lovely photos to the main Rosa page. Maybe they can be identified at a later date. And, yes, you're right: Voluptuous! should have an exclamation mark, so I added it to the entry.
