I thought my Echeveria Imbricata was etoliating, but now I believe I may be seeing a Winter terminal inflorescence. Here are the photos of my plant and a link to where someone else experienced the same thing. I am happy I did not de-head it. Mine started 'blooming' about 2 weeks ago, in Autumn. Seasons change very fast up here and night temps are currently in the single digits (C)
