An attractive Euphorbia sp, I found growing besides the road, the 'Flora do Santa catarina' has several pictures of the plant but it is misnamed 'Euphorbia maculada' does not exist. Rolling my eyes.
When clicking on the first picture it opens a gallery with Euphorbiaceae, I found the plant at the end, like in the second link I gave.
