I have to dunk my tillandsias here for about an hour or so, once a week especially when it just gets too bone dry in summer. But the rest of the year especially when it is cool, just spraying them works. As long as they get lots of air..they thrive better outdoors.

You are so lucky Spitz! You got rain and humidity there! Conditions the tilly's enjoy a lot.

When we use to live in Torrance, CA, I love frequenting the Rainforest Flora nursery there, love their various tillys there, enjoying the waterfall set-up and tilly's attached to the rocks, so pretty and natural! Always ending up buying some to bring home. I was still a newbie then..killed some of my tilly's. I underestimated the light aspect. But I have a better grip of them now. Smiling
