If possible, I'd attempt to try to find a small bulb, it will be far more reliable for you!
From seed, it usually takes 2-3 years to get a plant with enough bulb to survive typical storage.
If you order a bulb, even a very small one, it will be around as large as a 2-3 year old seedling.
Basically you'll jump ahead a year or 2, and have a much better chance at success.

If your having trouble locating one, you can tree me, I don't have bulbifer, not really sure why not! I do have several that make leaf bulbs just the same, as well as some that don't.
