Mine seem fine down to maybe 52 or 45, 50 would be better im sure.
Konjac is durable!
Once it's growing it's unlikely you'll rot it, at most the cold will slow it down.
I'd strongly advise getting it out soon as you can.
The petiole will be long and spindly as will the leaf, if it starts growing under a light!
Even if you have to juggle it in at night and out in morning.

Mine get full sun most of the day, sun up til 3-4, it makes stalky plants, more robust and muscular looking, and they are in fact stronger and don't break in the wind.
Even tho the plants appear somewhat smaller, I think that as long as you water and feed enough, then you get slot better bulb grow, which will equal a larger plant the next year, or more pups...
Not all amorphs can handle that much sun, especially the smaller ones.
The Titan seems to handle shade well when young, and more and more sun as it gets larger and more importantly taller.
Really if you think about they way they grow, they're well designed to pierce upward through dense foliage and then spread out and shade the plants it blasted past.
Please tree mail me for trades, I'm ALWAYS actively looking for more new plants, and love to trade!
